About Me
Chiropractic has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, with my Mum taking me for my first adjustment at eight years old. I have had regular chiropractic adjustments since then, and consider them an important part of my overall health.
After working in administration for a number of years, I returned to university in my early 30s to become a Chiropractor. It was definitely a challenge, but it has been worth it!
Originally from Kalangadoo (trust me, it's a real place), I grew up in Strathalbyn before spending a number of years living overseas and interstate. I moved home again in 2016 and am loving being back in Adelaide and enjoying the wonderful lifestyle here.
When I’m not with my patients, I enjoy my time as a travel addict, major brunch aficionado, reluctant gym attendee and strong devotee to my ever fluffy felines, Rusty & Henry.

My Philosophy
Your health is not a spectator sport. I want my patients to be actively involved in their recovery, with me there to support you.
I work with your body's structure, bio-chemistry and emotions to get to the source of the problem, and find ways to minimise reoccurence of symptoms. I use a variety of techniques, including low force techniques (no 'cracking') which can be tailored to your needs.
If you are unsure whether Chiropractic will be the right fit for you, please feel free to contact me with any questions.
