The focus of my treatment is not trying to reduce external stress in your life, but rather I work with you to reduce unresolved stress within your body, and the way your body reacts to external stress. By helping your body to learn to adapt to stress, rather than react negatively to it, your overall stress levels can be reduced. The goal is to help you feel calmer, more focused and more in control.
